Way To Go Michelle!

For the past year Michelle, a mom and stepmom of 5, has been coming every night to watch her children train BJJ, Judo and Wrestling.

6 months ago she asked about our Strength & Conditioning classes at 5pm, as she liked the idea of working out while her kids trained. With a husband and 5 children, finding time for herself was always an issue.

She committed to training 5 days a week (5-6pm), then 3 months ago she added Boxx Fit, our cardio boxing class 2 days a week (6-7pm).

Well, 6 months later, look at her !!!! We are soooo proud of you Michelle.
