It’s time to take a moment to congratulate Laura on her incredible transformation!

A few months after Laura’s son joined our Kids Program, she decided to try our 5pm Strength & Conditioning classes with her daughter. As a working mom, finding time for herself with 2 kids was hard, so being able to combine her training with her kids after school activities worked out perfectly.

With a combination of hard work, dedication and guidance from Coach Kayleigh, our Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, her transformation has been nothing short of incredible!

Congratulations Laura, we’re so happy to see your progress and excited to see you continue on your weight loss journey.
