You’re two months into your striking journey — and that deserves real credit. Not everyone makes it this far. The early stages can be humbling: getting used to the rhythm, refining your technique, learning footwork, and remembering to breathe while throwing combos — it’s a lot.

But every class you’ve shown up for, every round you’ve pushed through, every jab and kick that’s landed a little sharper — those are wins.

Progress in striking isn’t just about power or speed. It’s about consistency. It’s about drilling the same movement over and over until it becomes second nature. And that takes patience, focus, and the willingness to show up, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.

So take a second to be proud of how far you’ve come already. You’re doing the work. You’re building the foundation. And the more you keep showing up, the more your confidence, timing, and technique will continue to grow.
