It was an honor to learn from Penn State’s 2 x NCAA Champion, Roman Bravo-Young today.
RBY spent the morning with 30 kids and they had a blast, from learning some cool techniques, to getting to go live with Roman, take photos and sign clothing, bags and anything else the kids could find haha
Then, more than 40 adults, from wrestling enthusiasts and MMA fighters to current high school wrestlers and coaches packed the mats to learn from one of the greatest to ever do it! The afternoon was amazing, bonds were formed, amazing techniques were shown and knowledge shared from many.
We cannot thank RBY enough and look forward to him coming back next Summer (with his 3rd NCAA Title).
