There are new faces in the gym now. They’re where you were not long ago — unsure, overwhelmed, trying to keep up. This is your moment to step up, to lead, and to give back.

Helping someone with the basics, giving a quick tip, offering encouragement — it might seem small, but it makes a massive difference. And here’s the thing: teaching helps you too. When you explain a technique, you understand it better. When you support others, your awareness and timing sharpen.
