Why’s our Muay Thai program the most successful in the area? Maybe because our Coaches are retired fighters with a proven history of actually doing this! Or that we’re the ONLY academy in the area with a dedicated striking area, complete with a room of Muay Thai bags, a Boxing Ring, MMA Cage and ample new, matching kick shields and thai pads to run a class!
Some academies see the growth in Muay Thai and try to operate with a couple of boxing bags that have no benefit for low kicks, some odd, random equipment and a Coach that “likes” Muay Thai.
Sadly, in truth, it’s made worse by the fact your likely be paying the same!

Coach Marc, a retired Muay Thai Fighter and Coach Glenn, a retired MMA fighter, will help you reach your individual goals while also offering you an incredible training environment where you will become part of a team, develop self defense skills and build confidence.
Our competition team, the largest in the area, due in part to the size of our program but largely due to the fact our Coaches are fighters, they understand what it takes!
To Spar Or Not To Spar?
We understand that not everyone’s ready to spar or more importantly, wants to spar. This is why we have a specific class dedicated to sparring.
This means you will never arrive at a class and be surprised with sparring session.
Once the Coaches feel you’re ready to spar, you will be invited and then it’s up to you, if you chose not to spar, that’s ok. We’re here to ensure everyone meets their own personal goals.
If your training at a Gym where you only have 3 or 4 people to train with, this will NEVER prepare you for a fight!

Our classes are designed for everyone! We have fighters on the team, stay at home mom’s that want to get a great workout, Dr’s, Head Chef’s and everything in between.
Absolutely! This is hugely important to us – you cannot learn to fight from someone who has never fought! Text books, classes, watching tape etc are all great but a Coach can never talk about being in an actual fight, the stress, the unknown, the reality of the whole fight, if they haven’t fought. There is nothing similar to fighting you can draw experience from so whether you want to fight or not, it’s extremely important to learn to fight from someone who has fought.
Nope! Not everyone wants to fight and we’re good with that. That’s why our team is so incredible, the classes are full of people with their own goals, some want to fight, some want to lose weight, some want to be part of a team, it doesn’t matter, what matters is, you come to class and help each other reach your goals.
Yes, yes, yes! Our classes teach so much valuable technique but they are also very active and you will definitely get a sweat on.
