Whether you’re looking to start boxing as a fun way to get in shape, to learn self defense or you want to fight either boxing, muay thai or MMA, our classes are designed to help you reach your goals.
As the ONLY MMA academy in the area with experienced Pro Fighters as Coaches and a dedicated Striking Area complete with Bags, a Cage, our Kissimmee Adult Boxing Program has gained a reputation as one of the leading boxing programs in town!
Technique Based Classes
Coach Glenn, a retired pro fighter, heads our incredible Boxing program and his classes are “technique specific”, meaning that unlike some programs, where your able to come and go as you please and work on your own thing with a Coach watching over you, our classes are designed with a start and end time, techniques are shown that you work on them while Coach Glenn walks around assisting.
The program is designed to actually teach boxing and this is why people all over Kissimmee turn to us for their Boxing training.

Of course! Our classes are designed for everyone, from complete beginner to experienced boxer.
YES, YES, YES. Our Coaches are either retired fighters or still actively fighting. This is something we are extremely passionate about. You can learn technique from a Coach who is dedicated and studies, but you simply cannot learn to fight from someone who hasn’t had a fight! They cannot give you REAL scenarios under pressure, these cannot be learnt from watching tape or reading books. We ONLY have Coaches that have trained and competed in their fields.
Absolutely. We compete in every discipline we teach. Part of our process is understanding your goals and helping you achieve them. If you want to fight, we will walk you through the process of what you need to do, what’s required and when your ready, we will set everything up for you.
Ohhhhhh, the boxing classes will definitely give you a workout 🙂 Not everyone wants to fight and that’s what makes our team so incredible – a group of people, all wanting to learn and helping each other but all with their own goals. But, we do want to remind you, it is a boxing class with contact!
