No, not at all! Everyone is welcome to Black Boxx and we have found people start at varying fitness levels. You will definitely feel better when you start BJJ, it’ss a fun workout that gets results!
Nope! All of our classes are open to all skill levels, beginner through advanced. We focus on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which are simply the most effective parts of the art. We also do a lot of specific drilling and training, which teaches you how to apply techniques and movements during a “live” roll.
No, Competition is not for everyone. Our Program is designed to get you ready for competition, but we fully understand it’s not for everyone. Everyone’s journey is different as are everyone’s goals and our aim is to help you reach YOUR goals!
Not at all. Yes, we offer many different disciplines but you can do as many, or as few as you like. Want to focus on just BJJ, that’s fine! Want to train all grappling (BJJ, Judo, No Gi and Wrestling), that’s fine too! Want to train EVERYTHING, yay, we love that!
